1. How do I receive my eBook or Audiobook after purchase?
Once your payment is confirmed, you will immediately receive a download link by email. You can also access your files directly from the order confirmation page.

2. What formats are the eBooks and Audiobooks available in?
Our eBooks are delivered in PDF format, and our Audiobooks are delivered in MP3 format. These formats are compatible with most devices (computers, tablets, smartphones, and eReaders).

3. Can I get a refund after purchasing?
Since our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. However, if you experience any issues with downloading or accessing your files, please contact us at iuoakkemjosef@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to help.

4. Can I share my eBook or Audiobook with others?
No. The files are for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of our digital products is not allowed.

6. Do I need a special app to read or listen to the files?
No. You can open PDFs with any standard PDF reader (such as Adobe Reader), and MP3 files can be played with most music or podcast apps.
